James Staten

James Staten is Chief Strategist of the Cloud and Enterprise division at Microsoft. A veteran industry analyst, James previously served as vice president and principal analyst of Forrester Research, where he covered the cloud computing market. Prior to Forrester Research, he worked at tech companies such as Azul Systems and Sun Microsystems, where he was director of marketing from 2001-2004.
